Exchanges

IMPORTANT
- The return must be received by J&M Old Skool Parts and Panels within (14) fourteen days from dispatch.
- All returns must be authorised.
- Do not under any circumstances send the goods back without notice. J&M Old Skool Parts and Panels will take no responsibility for goods that are sent back by the customer if lost or stolen before arriving.
Returns
Online Purchases
If you are not happy with your product that was purchased on-line for any reason, J&M Old Skool Parts and Panels is happy to exchange it or provide you with a full refund, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund or exchange.
Defective Items
Defective items must be returned to J&M Old Skool Parts and Panels within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or full refund.

Customer Support will email you a consignment note to be placed on the outside of the return package. Follow the instructions given. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped or exchanged.
